When I was looking to sell my 3 bedroom cottage in Bondi, I reached out to Glenn from Hillii Landscapes for some advice on making some improvements to the backyard. Working with a small team, he was able to completely transform my backyard from an old fashioned English garden to a completely modern, tropical oasis within a week. When it came time to sell my home, the agent was so impressed with my backyard, that the Wentworth Courier (local newspaper in the Eastern suburbs), did a full feature story on the yard, along with photographs.

Hillii Landscapes did a total renovation of our back yard, including pool surround and tiling in a beautiful natural sandstone, construction of matching stone steps, partial replacement of old pebblecrete pool interior with new waterline tiles and the inclusion of a newly grassed area to create an overall tranquil space that is now wonderful to be in. The transformation is amazing, and we are without doubt incredibly happy with the final result.

Glenn and his team have an incredible work ethic leaving no stone unturned. Every day the work area was left immaculate which is a rarity these days. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and workmanship, along with the constant and very transparent communication throughout the entire project. Glenn organised and liaised with all sub-contractors to assure everything was planned in advance and executed on time which was greatly appreciated given the proximity to Christmas.

We did have an issue with our pool fence meeting regulations due to the rocky nature of our backyard, however a solution was quickly found which involved drilling into the rock shelf. This was a big job but Glenn organised the change of plan swiftly with seemingly no extra hassle or disruption to the overall project. We also want to mention that we had overseas visitors with several gatherings that were planned prior to the work finishing. Glenn made sure on each occasion the area was presentable with all tools and equipment removed from the site enabling us to entertain without any trace of the ongoing work. We were very grateful for this as it really showed a high level of professionalism and consideration towards our family.
